Building Overview
866theq offers boutique office spaces that are naturally bright, modern, and centrally located at 866 The Queensway in Etobicoke, between Royal York & Islington. Close to restaurants, Costco, Toronto Airports, the QEW & 427, Sherway Mall, the TTC & Mimico Go Train Station, with 16 onsite parking spots and underground parking available across the street.
The building consists of three floors. The second floor, Suite 200 is a full floor suite. The building is 8451 square feet on a 64.75 x 111.8 lot with parking in both the front and back of the building. Each floor is 2817 sq ft.
The first floor has 3 suites; 100, 101, and 102. Suite 100 is a half floor unit that runs from the front to the back of the building on the east side. Suite 100 includes a private washroom, kitchenette, hardwood floors, LED lighting, two offices, and CAT 6e cabling. Suite 101 is a quarter floor unit in the front southwest corner and Suite 102 is also a quarter floor unit in the northwest corner.
The lower level has 2 suites, both 1/2 floor suites. Suite 05 is on the east side and Suite 01 is on the west side. Both units share two common washrooms in the hallway of the lower level.

Suite 200 is a full floor suite, with a combination of open spaces, glass offices, meeting rooms, a kitchenette and three washrooms, one with a shower. This is our showcase suite and is a beautiful space to build your business and wow your visitors.
Lower Level
Suite 05
Suite 05 is a half floor suite, located on the lower east side of the building. The Suite includes four glass offices, a large storage closet, open spaces, a kitchenette and shares two hallway washrooms. This a beautiful space to build your business and wow your visitors. This is a half floor unit that can easily accommodate up to 12 people.
